Music and Worship Ministries help provide leadership in FUMC’s spiritually uplifting worship experiences through music, media, and the arts. In addition to serving the congregation in worship, we minister to one another, by loving fellowship and spiritual support and growth. Whether your strength is in music, drama, dance, or technology, we have a place for you, and we hope that you will want to share your gifts and talents in one of our many creative and exciting worship opportunities.

Worship Media Team

Ron Freitag, Creative Director
The media team provides creative presentations and video recordings of the Word in worship each week. This includes Power Point presentations of song lyrics and scripture, and digital video recording and presentation for all worship and special events. Opportunities are available for anyone wishing to use their interest in computer, video, and/or artistic creativity for God’s glory. Contact

Worship Sound Team

Don Shelley, Coordinator
The sound team provides live sound reinforcement for all worship and special events throughout the year. Sound techs work on a rotational basis, typically providing worship support two times per month. Experience is helpful, but not necessary, and professional training is available.
